Walking Wake (Japanese : ウネルミナモ Uneruminamo ) is a dual-type Water /Dragon Paradox Pokémon introduced in Generation IX .
It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, but it appears to be an ancient relative of Suicune .
It was announced in the February 27, 2023 Pokémon Presents , along with Iron Leaves .
Biology
Walking Wake resembles a sketch made by a member of the Area Zero Expedition in the Scarlet Book. It bears a uniquely shaped set of horns on its forehead. It also supports its weight with just its hind legs and walks bipedally.[1]
It has an ability which enables it to be able to walk on water.
Walking Wake is the only known Pokémon capable of learning the move Hydro Steam .

Origin
Walking Wake is based on Suicune , and possibly a theropod dinosaur. It's ability to walk on water seems to have derived from the basilisk lizard.
