Gen I

Golduck		Well, TTEchidna and MAGNEDETH each made up a Golduck evo, why can't I?	Level up while knowing Heat Drain	Draykrewel	HP: 105   Attack: 95   Defense: 105   SpAtk: 115   SpDef: 100   Speed: 75	I wanted to at least try to be unique from the ones made by TTEchidna and MAGNEDETH. Making a Golduck evo that's part-Dark type certainly allowed me to come up with a creative name.
Weepinbell		Because Gloom has two separate evolved forms.	w/ Sun Stone while knowing Bramble Patch	Bram-bell	HP: 80   Attack: 75   Defense: 90   SpAtk: 70   SpDef: 95   Speed: 70
Farfetch'd		Because it's underpowered.	Level while knowing Leaf Blade while holding the Stick.	Snatch'ja	HP: 72   Attack: 105   Defense: 70   SpAtk: 88   SpDef: 72   Speed: 100	Once again; I wanted to do something unique. That's why classified Snatch'ja as part-Fighting type.
Muk		Just because.	W/ Slimy Stone	Ploot	HP: 110   Attack: 110   Defense: 95   SpAtk: 85   SpDef: 120   Speed: 50	The idea behind Ploot is that it's supposed to be like a moving factory that produces nothing but industrial waste.
Cloyster		Cloyster has really weak Special Defense and a pathetically low Hit Point stat.	Trade w/ Hard Coral	TBD	HP: 90   Attack: 100   Defense: 180   SpAtk: 90   SpDef: 110   Speed: 50
Marowak		It's powerful, but it's very slow and can't take a hit	Level up at Skull Rock	Skulldugry	HP: 95   Attack: 90   Defense: 115   SpAtk: 65   SpDef: 100   Speed: 95	The attack power didn't get boosted that much because the Thick Club can make Marowak's attack power higher than Deoxys's.
Weezing		To represent the growing issues of light pollution[1].	W/ Slimy Stone while knowing Thunderbolt	Blynding	HP: 80   Attack: 90   Defense: 120   SpAtk: 100   SpDef: 75   Speed: 90	Bleh, this could definitely use a better name...
Jynx		Jynx, Electabuzz and Magmar all had pre-evolutions in Gen II but in Gen IV, Magmar and Electabuzz gained evolved form while Jynx didn't.	Trade w/ Freeze Booster	Sorceryce	HP: 80   Attack: 50   Defense: 85   SpAtk: 125   SpDef: 100   Speed: 100	Oblivious gets replaced with a new ability called "Aurora Veil". It works like Static, but it freezes the opponent instead of paralyzing.

Roguetic		Might as well give Roguetic an evolved form, too	Dusk Stone	Rogueschew	HP: 95   Attack: 50   Defense: 110   SpAtk: 100   SpDef: 120   Speed: 70	"Eschew" was the only word that sounded like a formal opposite of "kiss" that fits together with "Rogue".
Pineco		If there's any Pokémon in dire need of a gender-based alternate evo, it's Pineco.	Trade with Bull's Eye Scale (♂)	TBD	HP: 75   Attack: 95   Defense: 85   SpAtk: 95   SpDef: 60   Speed: 55	Come to think of it, an exploding moth might be kinda cool.
Qwilfish		It's basically outclassed by Tentacruel.	Trade with Toxic Barb	Spykefish	HP: 85   Attack: 100   Defense: 95   SpAtk: 80   SpDef: 80   Speed: 105
Corsola		It's basically an NU tier Pokémon	Trade w/ Hard Coral	TBD	HP: 80   Attack: 80   Defense: 100   SpAtk: 90   SpDef: 100   Speed: 35	Might as well dump the Hustle ability for Solid Rock, fail to see how Hustle could be useful.
Delibird		Let's face it, Delibird is pathetic.	TBD	TBD	HP: 65   Attack: 100   Defense: 95   SpAtk: 75   SpDef: 75   Speed: 95	A Delibird evo is the perfect excuse to make Stork Pokémon.
Donphan		To be on par with Mamoswine	Trade w/ Shield Charm	Donpanzer	HP: 100   Attack: 130   Defense: 130   SpAtk: 70   SpDef: 100   Speed: 40	Donpanzer's signature move will be Giga Missile.
Porygon2		Porygon2=Tank Porygon-Z=Sweeper	Trade w/ Lucid Disc	Porygon-Y	HP: 85   Attack: 75   Defense: 100   SpAtk: 80   SpDef: 135   Speed: 60	Trace will get replaced with Pop-Up Blocker.

Gen III

Minun		If Plusle's getting an evolved form, why not Minun?	Lv. up @ Quotient Rock	Dividun	HP: 80   Attack: 50   Defense: 70   SpAtk: 80   SpDef: 105   Speed: 100
Volbeat		It's awfully weak.	w/ Swarm Stone	Zapbeat	HP: 75   Attack: 103   Defense: 75   SpAtk: 67   SpDef: 95   Speed: 105	Zapbeat will have Volt Absorb instead of Illuminate.
Illumise		To go with Zapbeat	w/ Swarm Stone	Illublaze	HP: 75   Attack: 67   Defense: 75   SpAtk: 103   SpDef: 95   Speed: 105	Illublaze will have Flash Fire instead of Oblivious
Swalot		To go with Ploot. Afterall, Swalot is practically Muk's Gen III counter-part.	W/ Slimey Stone	Slurpup	HP: 120   Attack: 93   Defense: 103   SpAtk: 93   SpDef: 103   Speed: 55	Slurpup is supposed to be like a living black hole, hence the Dark sub-type. Also learns a new move called "Black Hole".
Kecleon		I don't think Kecleon was meant to be fully-evolved, because it lacks Hyper Beam and Giga Impact. Plus, it's strictly a novelty Pokémon.	Lv. up after learning Prism Beam (new attack I made up)	Chameflage	HP: 80   Attack: 100   Defense: 105   SpAtk: 95   SpDef: 120   Speed: 65	Credit to Kenji-girl for the name.
Banette		It's severely out-classed by its Ghost-typed brethren.	Trade w/ Spiteful Charm	Voodummy	HP: 84   Attack: 125   Defense: 90   SpAtk: 103   SpDef: 83   Speed: 90	I'm not sure why I made Voodummy half-Fighting. I guess I can't see it's movepool broadening if it remained pure Ghost.
Chimecho		The only benefits that Chimecho gained in Gen IV were means of immediate self-recovery, a slightly broader Special movepool and Trick Room.	Lv. Up w/ Magic Bell	Octimecho	HP: 85   Attack: 55   Defense: 90   SpAtk: 115   SpDef: 100   Speed: 85	The only thing that I can see Chimecho evolving into is a chain of sleigh bells

Gen IV

Combee ♂		Vespiquen deserves to have something that's more powerful to serve as her royal guards.	Level 21 (Male) while holding a Sting Saber	Vespanite	HP: 60   Attack: 102   Defense: 60   SpAtk: 100   SpDef: 60   Speed: 92	Since Vespanite is a sweeper rather than a defensive Pokémon, Pressure gets replaced with Hyper Cutter. When a Vespanite is holding a Sting Saber, it'll be able to double the power of its moves that are resisted by its foes.
Cherrim		It's a bit too small and cutesy to be fully evolved.	Trade w/ Golden Seed	Cherritry	HP: 80   Attack: 60   Defense: 85   SpAtk: 107   SpDef: 88   Speed: 95	Cherry->Cherry Blossom->Cherry Tree.
Croagunk		Well, Poliwhirl has two alternate evos, why not Croagunk?	W/ Slimy Stone	Psycroak	HP: 83   Attack: 75   Defense: 65   SpAtk: 106   SpDef: 76   Speed: 85	Anticipation gets replaced with Forewarn.
Chatot		Chatot is a bit of a novelty Pokémon. It also lacks Hyper Beam and Giga Impact, which is a standard for fully evolved Pokémon.	Trade w/ Note Shard	Maestrot	HP: 96   Attack: 75   Defense: 60   SpAtk: 112   SpDef: 82   Speed: 101	Chatot should evolve into a Psychic/Flying type for the sake of a broader movepool.
Rotom (Normal Form)		I wouldn't say that it's useless, but several other Ghost types outclass it.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch	Pulsom	HP: 80   Attack: 80   Defense: 107   SpAtk: 125   SpDef: 107   Speed: 125	Rotom's evolved form should definitely look more like Pulseman. It'll also get Volt Tackle and new Electric-type variant of Vacuum Wave called "Slash Arrow".
Rotom (Normal Form)		Come to think of it, I'd like to see Rotom have two different evolved forms.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch while knowing Dark Pulse	Veilom	HP: 80   Attack: 125   Defense: 87   SpAtk: 100   SpDef: 107   Speed: 125	Rotom's Electric/Dark evo is basically "Veil", Pulseman's ghostly double.
Rotom (Lawnmover Form)		Heck, if Cascadegonpory can make up evolutions for all of Castform's forms, why can't I make up evolutions for all of Rotom's forms?	Level up w/ Cyber Patch G-type	Rotract	HP: 100   Attack: 100   Defense: 127   SpAtk: 100   SpDef: 127   Speed: 70	Lawnmower->Tractor sounds logical to me.
Rotom (Fan Form)		See above.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch Fl-type	Rotwist	HP: 80   Attack: 124   Defense: 75   SpAtk: 124   SpDef: 75   Speed: 146	Since Rotwist is half-Flying, having Levitate as its ability would be kind of pointless. The new ability will be "Clear Body" instead. Rotwist will also be able to learn Weather Ball.
Rotom (Oven Form)		See above.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch Fi-type	Grillom	HP: 100   Attack: 100   Defense: 75   SpAtk: 150   SpDef: 99   Speed: 100	Oven->Barbecue Grill
Rotom (Washing Machine Form)		See above.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch W-type	Washom	HP: 100   Attack: 105   Defense: 104   SpAtk: 105   SpDef: 104   Speed: 106	I don't really know what the Washing Machine Form could evolve into, maybe a sink?
Rotom (Frost Form)		See above.	Level up w/ Cyber Patch I-type	Freezom	HP: 105   Attack: 90   Defense: 137   SpAtk: 125   SpDef: 107   Speed: 60	I think the Frost Form could evolve into an air conditioner.

Pinsir		Same as Scyther	TBD. Evolves at Lv. 30	Tweezor	HP: 50   Attack: 70   Defense: 50   SpAtk: 25   SpDef: 35   Speed: 65

Gen II

Delibird		Eh, Chimecho has a pre-evolution, why not Delibird.	Breed w/ Holly Incense. Evolves when Happiness is maxed out.	Adelfie	HP: 35   Attack: 50   Defense: 35   SpAtk: 60   SpDef: 35   Speed: 65	Adelfie will have Pickup instead of Hustle
Skarmory		Skarmory just doesn't look like it should be unevolved.	TBD. Evolves @ Lv. 15 while holding Sticky Barb	Skarchick	HP: 35   Attack: 40   Defense: 70   SpAtk: 20   SpDef: 45   Speed: 40	Pokédex states that nesting in bramble bushes makes the wings of Skarmory chicks grow hard from scratches from thorns. This is why Skarchick is Normal/Flying and I picked having Sticky Barb be involved with Skarchick's evolution into Skarmory.
Stantler		Just because.	TBD. Lv up after learning Hypnosis	Fawnler	HP: 53   Attack: 75   Defense: 52   SpAtk: 70   SpDef: 55   Speed: 45	Instead of Intimidate, Fawnler will have Pick-up.

Gen III

Evolves at Lv. 20	Skippipe	HP: 60   Attack: 55   Defense: 62   SpAtk: 50   SpDef: 62   Speed: 40	I see Carnivine as being like Petey Piranha[2], so I guess a Baby Carnivine would be like a regular Piranha Plant[3].
