Expansion Hidden Shadow
Release date December 30, 2019

The Hidden Shadow GX Starter Deck (Indonesian: Matahari & Bulan: Starter Deck GX: Bayangan Tersembunyi Sun & Moon: Starter Deck GX: Hidden Shadow) is a 60-card randomized deck released alongside the Hidden Shadow expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game in Indonesia.

Information

Much like the Legends Awakened expansion, different decks accompanied Hidden Shadow in Thailand and Indonesia. Another pair of fixed GX Starter Decks were released in Thailand, while the deck available in Indonesia contained random elements, continuing the trend from the previous two sets.

The deck can be broken down into three main groups: the first contains 18 cards, which includes a guaranteed Pokémon-GX, several other Pokémon, Energy, and sometimes Trainer cards. The second group contains 16 cards consisting of a different selection of Pokémon and Energy cards. These two groups are mostly type-specific. The first group has 18 varieties, while the second has 7. The cards within each variety are always the same, though which ones are ultimately packaged is random. The third group contains a random selection of 26 cards sourced from a pool of Trainer and Special Energy cards. This selection includes multiples of some cards.

Many of the cards from the deck can also be found in the Hidden Shadow expansion but differ by featuring their own collection number and symbol, no rarity symbols, and are all Non Holofoil. Each deck comes packaged with a rulesheet and a cardboard sheet containing damage counters, status markers, and a GX marker.
