Secc

Secc is a boy who lives in Pyrite Town. He appears in both Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. He operates from a back room in Duking's house and may be actually be Duking son, though that is unconfirmed. He could simply be friends with Duking's daughters.

He establishes contact with Nett in The Under via his computer. He helps found the Kids Grid. He gets Wes's P*DA number and contacts him much later after Wes has defeated Evice.

He, along with Nett both become valuable sources of information regarding Cipher's plot and are instrumental in bringing the syndicate down. They act as Wes' main sources of information, apparetnly because childern are often overlooked when they overhear things.
