Damos (Japanese: ダモス Damos) is a character from Arceus and the Jewel of Life. His Japanese voice actor is 髙嶋政宏 Masahiro Takashima and his English voice actor is Dan Green.

Damos lived in ancient times, and gathered the Plates to heal Arceus after it injured itself saving the world from a meteor. Arceus loaned him the Jewel of Life in gratitude, but Damos and his minion, Marcus, did not return it and instead attacked Arceus. Arceus caused the temple all three were in to collapse, leaving Damos's fate uncertain.

Later, it is discovered that Marcus, not Damos, was the mastermind behind the betrayal when Ash and the group come back in time to set things right. With his help, they manage to stop Marcus's plan and he then uses his power to connect to the hearts of Pokémon to reach Arceus, allowing him to take the Jewel of Life from Ash and recover. He is last seen bidding Arceus good bye before Ash and company return to the future
