is a Pokémaniac Glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It occupies hex C8.
If traded to the Yellow version, it will become a g g. It is only obtainable via the Johto guard glitch with Sentret. If the Mew glitch is used with a special stat of 200, Jacred will be fought instead. Its cry is similar to Drowzee's and Hypno's. will freeze the game when it is about to use a move, though a player is safely able to own one and use it in battle. It is #234 in the National Pokédex, however, its Pokédex entry states it as 200, which is incorrect.
