This glitch Pokémon can be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Forretress or with the Remaining HP glitch with 244 remaining HP. If attempted to catch via the Ditto glitch, the player will encounter Lorelei instead. ゥ$'s cry is that of Raticate's.

ゥ$ has a glitch screen; the red-tint variant in particular.
