Latias (Japanese: ラティアス Latias) is a character from Pokémon Heroes. She is voiced by Megumi Hayashibara.
Latias and her brother, Latios, lived in the Secret Garden in Alto Mare, where they were the guardians of the Soul Dew. They were friends with Lorenzo and Bianca. Her brother eventually dies to save the city, after which Latias was very distraught about.
Latias and Latios presented some very unique powers in the movie, such as sight-sharing, invisibility and shapeshifting. Latias used to shapeshift into Bianca a lot, and befriended Ash under her persona. She may have Template:S on him as well, as it was hinted in the movie.

- This was the fourth Pokémon to take Ash's hat; the first one was Primeape in Primeape Goes Bananas!, the second was Pikachu in The Power of One, and the third was a Yanma in Wings 'N' Things.
