The Gracidea (Japanese: グラシデアのはな Gracidea Flower) is a key item introduced in Platinum that changes Shaymin between its Land and Sky Formes. The flower is native to Gracidea, hence its name. Of note is that the flowers on Shaymin's head also resemble Gracideas.

The Gracidea (Japanese: グラシデアのはな Gracidea Flower) is a Key Item introduced in Platinum. It is a type of flower that resembles the flowers on Shaymin's head. It allows Land Forme Shaymin to change into Sky Forme.

The Gracidea can be received in Platinum during the player's first or subsequent trips to Floaroma Town, although the player's party must contain a Shaymin received from a event or one caught by the player by unlocking Oak's Letter via Mystery Gift; Shaymin's Sky Forme will change back into its Land Forme during the Time, while Freeze solid, or if it is deposited in the PC upon using this item, however. In some places, people give bouquets of these flowers that resemble Shaymin to thank someone. This comes from Shaymin's category, Gratitude.

In HeartGold and SoulSilver, the Gracidea is obtained at the Goldenrod City flower shop. The same conditions from Pokémon Platinum must be met and Shaymin must also be at the front of the party (i.e., following the player).
