O is a Glitch Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Red and Blue Versions. It evolves into many Pokémon, including Cubone at level 6, Arcanine and immediately after Nidoran♂ at level 16, 'M at level 40 or Slowpoke if cancelled.
Its hexadecimal identifier is 252 or FC in hexadecimal and will change into 4mn when transferred to Pokemon Yellow
Because of the ZZAZZ glitch this Pokémon cannot be obtained by the Mew Trick and a high hexadecimal value also means this Pokémon cannot be obtained through the old man trick as the letter equivalent is invalid.
It is of the Template:Type2.

Biology
Habitat
O has no specific habitat because it was never programmed to be in a specific area, nor was it ever programmed for the player to find it. Since it only exists in Generation I, it must exist in the Kanto region. Its habitat is confirmed to exist in any location where a trainer in the Red/Blue/Yellow versions can be escaped from before being seen (see Mew glitch). Its type suggests it may exist in a watery environment. Theoretically, it could also exist in some Glitch City-like location.
