Wikstrom made his main series debut in Searching for Chivalry!. Ash and Goh traveled to Kalos to participate in a training camp hosted by Wikstrom at the Castle of Chivalry. Wikstrom had the boys traverse through a variety of obstacle courses while wearing armor and defending themselves from Wikstrom's Pokémon. Ash and Goh eventually completed all of the challenges and earned Knight Medals for both themselves and their Pokémon. He also helped Goh evolve his Scyther into Scizor by giving it a Metal Coat and transferring it through a trade machine.
In Beyond Chivalry… Aiming to be a Leek Master!, Rinto revealed that he also trained at the Castle of Chivalry. During Rinto's battle with Ash, Ash used some of what he learned from Wikstrom to be able to win the battle.

This listing is of Wikstrom's known Pokémon in the anime:
Scizor ↔ Mega Scizor
Wikstrom used his Scizor in a battle against Diantha's Gardevoir, with both Pokémon Mega Evolved. Despite a type advantage, Mega Scizor lost the battle in a single hit.
Wikstrom used an Aegislash to impede Ash and Goh during their final challenge at the Castle of Chivalry. The battle was called off once Goh managed to get the key from Wikstrom's Klefki, successfully completing the challenge.
Probopass was one of the obstacles Ash and Goh had to overcome at the Castle of Chivalry. Using magnetism, it made it difficult for Ash and Goh to move in the armor they were wearing.
Dedenne was one of the Pokémon used during the second phase of Wikstrom's training. While following his Farfetch'd, Ash found it and let his guard down, receiving an electric shock. Soon after, Dedenne ran off back into the castle walls.
Klefki was among the obstacles that Ash and Goh encountered at the Castle of Chivalry. To pass the final challenge, Ash and Goh were tasked with taking the key Klefki was holding. By teaming up with his Scyther, Goh succeeded in grabbing the key, completing the challenge.
Wikstrom debuts in PS587. He first appears as a fantasy when Diantha informed Korrina about each of the Kalos Elite Four. He later debuts in person alongside Drasna, where he assists X and Y's group in their quest to stop Team Flare. With his Probopass's magnetic abilities, Wikstrom created guides in the road to help X's group travel to Team Flare's hiding place. Later, Wikstrom battles against members of Team Flare at Route 20.
After Team Flare is fully defeated, Wikstrom, the remaining Elite Four members, and Diantha carry the unconscious body of Malva, who had turned out to be a member of Team Flare.

Probopass
Probopass is Wikstrom's only known Pokémon. It was first used to help X and his friends on their way to Team Flare's hiding place. By using its magnetism to pull ore from the ground, Probopass made guides in the road to lead X and his friends on their way.
