Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Hyper Voice is Sylveon's first move. It is obtained by evolving from Eevee at level 4 and upgrading Swift into it instead of Mystical Fire. The user unleashes an attack of multiple sound waves that deal damage when they hit. The damage dealt increases the farther the target is from the user. Every sound wave reduces enemy Sp. Defense by 20% (stacking up to 4 times at 80%) after dealing damage to an enemy. At level 10, the user creates an extra sound wave.
