This is a reverse-chronological list of event Pokémon distributions that were given away locally for all Japanese Pokémon games in Generation V.
This Pokémon was distributed at the Japanese Pokémon Center stores for Japanese players of Black and White and Black 2 and White 2 to celebrate Christmas. It was available from November 25, 2012 to January 3, 2013.
These Pokémon were distributed at various department stores across Japan from November 21, 2012 to January 10, 2013 to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
These "strongest class Single Battle Pokémon" (Japanese: シングルバトル 最強クラスのポケモン) were randomly distributed during seven different time periods at Pokémon Center stores.
These Pokémon were obtained by showing employees at participating stores the stickers of Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle and Pikachu from certain merchandise. The merchandise that has the stickers went on sale starting June 23, but the distribution didn't start until September 1. More than one Egg can be obtained on the same game, but another set of stickers would have to be obtained. Each of the three has an IV of 31 in one stat: Defense for Bulbasaur, Speed for Charmander, and HP for Squirtle. These Pokémon can be Shiny if the eggs are traded to another game, which bypasses the Shiny check.

These Pokémon were distributed to players who participated in the Pokémon Adventure Camp at Nagashima Spa Land. Each player is able to receive one Pokémon at random and each Pokémon knows an Egg move.
In Japan, this Meloetta was distributed at theaters screening Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice, which occurred from July 14 to September 30, 2012. In Taiwan, it was distributed at Showtime Cinemas on October 5, 2012.
In Japan, this Keldeo was distributed at theaters over infrared from June 23 to August 31, 2012 to players who preordered tickets to Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. In Taiwan, it was distributed over infrared from September 20 to October 20, 2012.
These "Powerful Tag Pokémon" (Japanese: 強力タッグポケモン) were distributed in pairs and by time intervals during the dates two Pokémon were available. Each of the four has an IV of 31 in one stat: Defense for Ninetales, Special Attack for Chandelure, Attack for Lucario, and Speed for Whimsicott. All other IVs always random; they are not dependent on information like ID number.
This Pikachu was distributed between May 11 to 20 in conjunction with the 'Pika Pika Carnival' held at Isetan Scotts, Singapore. The distribution is available in both English and Japanese.
These Pokémon were distributed as part of JR Kyushu's Super Strong Pokémon Present Campaign (Japanese: 超強力ポケモン プレゼントキャンペーン). Interestingly, these Pokémon don't have the Shiny check in place, which means that they can be obtained Shiny.
Pokémon Center Fukuoka
Groudon and Kyogre were obtainable by showing employees at the Fukuoka Pokémon Center any of the Pokémon from the train distributions, except Pikachu.
These Pokémon were distributed in three distributions, and each distribution contained three different Pokémon. The first distribution included Blaziken, Sceptile, and Swampert. Ludicolo, Milotic, and Walrein were the Pokémon distributed for the second distribution. The final distribution included Gardevoir, Metagross, and Salamence.

These six Shiny Pokémon that are or will evolve into Dragon-type Pokémon were distributed as Eggs to commemorate 2012 being the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese zodiac. They were randomly distributed at Pokémon Centers across Japan during four separate time frames, allowing fans to download up to four Eggs per game. There is a possibly that more than one of the same Egg could be obtained during all four time frames.

These Audino were distributed at the Pokémon Centers in Sapporo, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka starting on November 4, 2011. However the Audino wasn't distributed until December 4, 2011 at the Pokémon Center in Tohoku.
This Scrafty was distributed at the 2011 World Championships to English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish games. However, its language of origin is always English.
The OTs of the Pikachu come from, among other things, the various artists who performed in the events wherein Pikachu was made available. Additional information available here and here.

The distribution of the Pikachu took place in the concerts to celebrate the tenth anniversary of "a-nation for Life," hence the multiple performers. Also, it was also distributed in various events that promoted the ending theme Can You Name All the Pokémon? BW.
These Axew were given out in the Nagashima Spa Land Amusement Park during the event known as "Pokémon Searcher BW Training Center," hence the Original Trainer. Players of Pokémon White could obtain it from March 19 to April 3 while players of Pokémon Black could obtain it April 29 to May 8.
Those obtained from All Nippon Airways will have the OT ANA, and these can only be obtained until January 10. Those obtained in various stores in Japan will have 「ふゆやすみ」 as the OT. These could be obtained until January 11.
