Unseen Fist (Japanese: ふかしのこぶし Invisible Fist) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature Ability of Urshifu.

Effect

In battle

When using a contact move, Pokémon with Unseen Fist ignore protection moves in effect for their targets, except Max Guard. This applies even if the user is holding Protective Pads.

Trivia

• Due to a glitch, Galarian Slowking transferred from Pokémon GO to Pokémon HOME using the GO Transporter gained Unseen Fist from June 11 to December 14, 2022. This glitch was subsequently resolved and any Slowking in or deposited into HOME with Unseen Fist will have their Ability corrected to Curious Medicine.
