Unseen Fist (Japanese: ふかしのこぶし Invisible Fist) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature Ability of Urshifu.

Effect

In battle

When using a contact move, Pokémon with Unseen Fist ignore protection moves in effect for their targets, except Max Guard. This applies even if the user is holding Protective Pads.

Outside of battle

Unseen Fist has no effect outside of battle.
