Effect

Lucky Chant prevents opponents from landing critical hits on the user's party for five turns.

Generation V

Lucky Chant can now be affected by Snatch.

Description

Games Description
The user chants an incantation toward the sky, preventing the foe from landing critical hits.

PMDTDS Gives the user and team members in the room with a Lucky Chant status, which blocks the Pokémon from taking critical hits.

  Mismagius puts one of the extensions hanging down from its body to its forehead and chants over and over again. Then, the gems on Mismagius's body starts glowing pink and magical crimson tentacles come out of the gems. Mismagius then hits the opponent with them.
