スパート! (English: Spurt!) was the fifth and final opening theme song for the Japanese Advanced Generation Pokémon anime series. It debuted in AG166, replacing Battle Frontier. It is somewhat famous for sparking large amounts of fan speculation, as it shows several of Ash's old Pokémon.
It was also used as the Pokémon Sunday ending from PS074 onwards.

Synopsis
The first opening scene shows Ash and Pikachu looking at the Battle Pyramid, while the other shows Solana and Jack Walker together. All of Ash's Pokémon including the Pokémon he released are together. All of his Pokémon use Quick Attack. May, Drew and Harley appear. Ash and the gang are running with Ash's Larvitar, a Tyranitar, and Ash's Pidgeot. They walk to the other side of a mountain and they run on the beach with Ash's Lapras in the wave. They fall from the sky, passing through Ash's Butterfree and a Pink Butterfree. Then, the six Frontier Brains appear and form a line to the top, throwing their Frontier Symbols, followed by Ash's Pokémon battling. Pikachu runs and uses Thunderbolt, causing smoke. Aipom comes out and uses her tail to hit the screen. Scott, Professor Oak, Tracey, Delia Ketchum, Misty and Team Rocket are on cards. A pile of paper falls on Team Rocket.
Ash and the gang are together in the ending scene.

Trivia
- Lapras was not included in the opening two scenes with the rest of Ash's Pokémon.
- Donphan does not fly with the other Pokémon after the title was shown.
- Butterfree has the yellow scarf that Brock gave it.
- Haunter and Beedrill do not make appearances, most likley due to having new trainers.
- Primeape, Charizard, and Squirtle do not appear in the section showcasing released Pokémon. However, all of these Pokémon are in training, so they have not been technically released.
- Many of the Pokémon seen battling Ash's are Pokémon that characters from the Pokémon Special have been involved with: Gold helped Falkner capture a Skarmory, Misty traded her Gyarados to Red, Red has an Aerodactyl, and Crystal has an Arcanine.
- This song was sung by Rica Matsumoto, who is the seiyū of Ash (Satoshi).
