Limber (Japanese: じゅうなん Flexible) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Ten Pokémon can have this Ability.

Effect

In battle

Limber prevents paralysis. If a Pokémon is paralyzed and gains this Ability through Transform, Role Play or Trace, then the paralysis will be removed.

Outside of battle

Limber has no effect outside of battle.
