Swallow (Japanese: のみこむ Swallow) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III. Those Pokémon who are able to learn this move are always able to learn Stockpile, due to this move requiring Stockpile, along with Spit Up.

Effect

This move will fail if the user has not used Stockpile.

Swallow will recover the user's HP depending on the amount of times the user has used Stockpile.

  • One Stockpile → 25% of the user's maximum HP
  • Two Stockpiles → 50% of the user's maximum HP
  • Three Stockpiles → 100% of the user's maximum HP
