The Lunar Ribbon is an evolutionary item found in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and its sequel. Due to the lack of time in these games, the Lunar Ribbon gives effects that would happen as if it was night: evolving Eevee into Umbreon, Gligar into Gliscor, Sneasel into Weavile, and Chingling into Chimecho.

It is located behind a locked door on the 20th floor of Northwind Field in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2, it can be obtained in Zero Isle North, Zero Isle East, Zero Isle West and Zero Isle South.

There are some limitations to evolving Pokémon with the Lunar Ribbon. Eevee or Chingling will not be able to evolve into Umbreon or Chimecho unless they have four stars of IQ. Gligar and Sneasel likewise will not be able to evolve unless they have their other necessary items: Razor Fang and Razor Claw respectively.
