Primal Kyogre was fixated on the Giant Rock and was prepared to attack anyone who interfered. It was heavily reliant on Origin Pulse in battle and used Sheer Cold to transform the ocean into an icy wasteland to its own advantage.
It played a bigger role in Mega Evolution Special III, where it was shown in its primal state. As it made its way to the Giant Rock it left a trail of boiling magma behind it, making the area incredibly warm. It fought with Primal Kyogre over the Giant Rock and defeated Alain's Charizard. Primal Groudon was quickly defeated by Mega Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent and reverted to its normal form.

History
Rayquaza first appeared in Mega Evolution Special II, where its slumber was disturbed by Alain and the gang when they excavated a giant megalith. It appears in a fit of rage and violently attacked, fighting against Alain and Steven with their Mega Charizard X and ShinyMega Metagross, gaining the upper hand before destroying the megalith with Draco Meteor. It then left and returned to the ozone layer.
Not much was seen of Rayquaza's personality, as it was mostly seen in a fit of rage. However, it was shown to stop the violent clash between Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon when the two clashed.
