Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu (Japanese: ムービースペシャルパック 名探偵ピカチュウMovie Special Pack Detective Pikachu) is a special sub-set released during the Sun & Moon Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It features Pokémon from the live-action Pokémon movie of the same name.
Detective Pikachu is a special 18 card sub-set to be made available in English on March 29, 2019. Its Japanese equivalent, the Movie Special Pack Great Detective Pikachu is a 24 card sub-set releasing on April 26, 2019. The set is released in anticipation of the live-action Pokémon movie, Detective Pikachu. It features 3D art by the visual effects studios that worked on the film, the Moving Picture Company and Framestore.
Similar to the Generations and Shining Legends expansions, Detective Pikachu booster packs could not be purchased separately and instead, were available exclusively in various set-related products. Each booster pack contains four cards.
