Dizzy Punch (Japanese: ピヨピヨパンチ Chirp Chirp Punch) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. Its Japanese name refers to the tweeting of birds associated with "cartoon" dizzyness. Prior to Generation III, it was the signature move of Kangaskhan.
Effect
Generation I
Dizzy Punch inflicts damage and has no secondary effects.
Generation II and on
Dizzy Punch now has a 20% chance of confusing the target.
