Effect

When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, raises the PP of a selected move to 8/5 of the move's base PP. It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little. It cannot be used on Sketch, Revival Blessing, or a move which has already had its PP fully boosted (by a PP Max or three PP Ups).

The PP Max is consumed upon use and cannot be used in battle.
