Welcome to Bulbapedia, Singaporean!
Bulbapedia bulb.png

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Oranguru Bar

Can you explain as exactly as possible where in SM039 the "bar" is named? Tiddlywinks (talk) 16:03, 26 August 2017 (UTC)

The "bar" is not specifically named. I believe he/she inferred it as Oranguru Bar. — Ruixiang95 17:08, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
I believe that is the unofficial name of the place since it only featuring drinking. That is what it stated unless if that pokemon know how to cook. Then, the name will be change to restaurant. Singaporean (talk) 02:40, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
If it helps, I am working on a replacement page User:BigDocFan/Oranguru's_Place if you fancy helping out.--BigDocFan (talk) 08:01, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

Anime history

I'm sure you're aware that most of you edits to anime characters history sections get removed quite often, and that's because what you add is not notable. A character needs to actually do something related to the plot, a quick conversation in one scene is not notable.--ForceFire 03:25, 3 September 2017 (UTC)

Okay. I got it. I won't editing any extending lines unless is something had to do with plot. Anyway, thanks for the notification. Singaporean (talk) 10:42, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Future events

Please don't add any information about events that may happen in future episodes until the episode actually airs. Thank you.--ForceFire 11:50, 14 September 2017 (UTC)

I understand. He is very rude of criticizing my grammar even though I already show to him. That My language wasn't English. Singaporean (talk) 11:57, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
Perhaps if you don't want your grammar to be criticized, you should work on improving it? This is an English-language wiki, so it's not outrageous to expect contributors to be able to use reasonably understandable English. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 17:11, 14 September 2017 (UTC)

SM042 Gyarados

You misunderstood me. I was not saying you imagined the Gyarados. I was saying the similarity between the two scenes was imagined. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 15:26, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

It okay, Ruixiang95 had already corrected me. No needed to take hash. We all wanted to help the community to improving the article even better for other viewers to see. Can't wait for Episode 43 the day after tomorrow. Also, tell Admin don't lock the Mega Evolution article. I won't edit it until is finally there and happy editing. Singaporean (talk) 15:43, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

Talk Pages and speculation

Talk pages are used for improving articles and not used for speculation or chit-chatting; edits like this and this shouldn't have been made. Also, speculation or future events should not be added into the article (or talk pages) until it happens. Lastly, you DO NOT start a sentence with "But" "Where", or "Which" etc. Hope you can understand. — Ruixiang95 10:56, 29 September 2017 (UTC)

The problem is, every time, When I tried to editing after watch finish it. Someone had already done it in just blink of an eye. Don't know, he/she are more faster than I am. Also, I won't edited until the next Thursday. Hope, you can save it some for me. Cheers Singaporean (talk) 11:44, 29 September 2017 (UTC)

Episode articles.

Hello, please be advised that once an episode has begun airing, you must not touch it until the episode itself has finished. Even if it is for something minor, please do not edit until the credits have begun rolling. Ataro (talk) 10:13, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

English Grammar

While your help to the site is always appreciated, it is clearly evident that you have some problem with framing sentences and proper usage of English grammar, probably due to not being a native speaker. Hence, it is advised that you edit main articles passively (specifically till your command over the language is reasonably strong), that is, you let someone who is fluent in English do the editing, while you mention your views and facts to them, on, say, their talk page. This helps save both your time, and the time of the user who is left grammatically correcting your edits. Thanks! Harryghost (talk) 12:25, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

Images and paintings

At least on the species pages, images and paintings do not count as appearances since they're not physical appearances. It's fine to note it on the episode articles, but it isn't notable for the individual species articles. Thank you.--ForceFire 13:07, 26 October 2017 (UTC)

Seiyu

Please stop changing "voice actor" to "seiyu". This is an English-language wiki. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 06:46, 29 October 2017 (UTC)

Edit warring

I noticed you are warring over a hidden entry in Character of the day. This is a reminder that edit warring is a blockable offense. Instead, please take the disputed edit to discussion.

Also, please do not sling insults at the other user. You could be blocked for that, too. Thank you. Berrenta (talk) 15:16, 25 January 2018 (UTC)

Pre-airing edits

Please don't hide things on pages (except for the episode page itself) before an episode airs. It's kind of pointless to add something and then unhide it later; just do it with one edit when it's actually needed and can be visible. Doing it otherwise has just led to more arguments than it's worth, like the very one you were part of recently.

Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 03:56, 28 January 2018 (UTC)

Creating pages

Please don't create bare bones page like this. If you can't fill out a page decently, just wait for someone else to create it. Especially for anime topics like this, someone will surely create it soon enough and with a proper structure. Alternatively, you could also start it in your userspace instead. Then you or anyone could fill it out there.

On a final note, please remember to use the preview button as well so you don't make obvious mistakes like in your first edit to that page. Tiddlywinks (talk) 19:00, 8 February 2018 (UTC)

I know, but sadly many people just left it there and making attraction to everybody wanted to decided wanted to create or not. Unfortunately, none of them wanted to do it. Also Thank you very much for the reminder, I had use preview button to confirm it before process. So don't worry about about it. Singaporean (talk) 12:34, 9 February 2018 (UTC)

Hiding future content

Please don't just add hidden content, especially if there's nothing there to add, just because there's a small hint that a character will appear. Until we get an exact episode, don't add any hidden content. Have patience.--ForceFire 08:08, 24 February 2018 (UTC)

Pre-airing edits

Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I've asked that people not hide info on non-episode pages before an episode airs like it seems you tried on Ultra Beast recently. This has just led to pointless arguing, like those surrounding your edit, and it just means the page needs to be edited a second time once the episode airs. It shouldn't be a problem to leave the page alone until after the episode airs.

So in the future I hope you can confine edits about an episode before it airs to the episode page itself. Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 14:47, 23 March 2018 (UTC)

I've just noticed that I told you this just a couple months earlier above. I hope you can remember it better in the future. Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 14:52, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
Okay, I understand loud & clear. Singaporean (talk) 14:59, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
Again, please do not edit an episode page with new info or create new pages when the episode hasn't aired yet. Wait until the episode has aired. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 10:41, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

In addition to Blazingfist's comment, please do not think that just because someone else has already hidden some information on a page that it's okay to edit it like here. If you see something like that, please remove that hidden content instead of furthering the problem. Thank you. Tiddlywinks (talk) 15:45, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

VA template

If a character's English and Japanese voice actors are known only, they don't need the VA template as that info is already in the infobox. The only reason a character would have it is because they don't have an infobox (like character of the days). The template is only needed if the VAs of other languages are known.--ForceFire 15:18, 2 April 2018 (UTC)

Okay, I got it. I thought, you wanted me to get into trouble by giving me an order to remove everything Singaporean (talk) 15:19, 2 April 2018 (UTC)

Hiding blank templates

I've mentioned this before, but don't add a template with nothing in it, even if it is hidden. It's pointless. Just because the information may be added in the future, doesn't mean you can just add an empty template. When the information is available, then the template can be added.--ForceFire 04:48, 3 April 2018 (UTC)

You need to stop assuming

Stop assuming what episode Pokemon will appear in. There's nothing to suggest that it might not appear in SM073, especially if Murkrow can. That was not the right thing, to assume. Playerking95 (talk) 15:33, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

Then better wait until the second preview this Saturday and we will talk about. Also, I removed everything from it temporary until that day comes and just undo it, Don't want to make Admin angry about arguing for nothing, good night. Singaporean (talk) 15:39, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

Preview narrations

I'm going to have to tell you to please listen to who's narrating a preview and then post it fully before adding it. Like SM069, where you said it was only Sophocles, despite his voice not being very prominent. Wait until you have a better listen. Playerking95 (talk) 10:33, 10 May 2018 (UTC)

All right, I understand. The narrate preview will be you focusing. While I just continue focusing on other article that the characters, which will appear in the episode. Also, does fantasy also considered as debut? Singaporean (talk) 10:39, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
I'm not saying don't do it, just listen to who's narrating overall and maybe. Blazingfist seems fine with it. Playerking95 (talk) 10:40, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
Fantasy counts as a debut, because the Pokémon physically appeared on screen. That's all that matters. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 10:44, 10 May 2018 (UTC)

Have patience

Please don't add in history summary for episodes that haven't aired yet. Just because the title or preview may hint at something, doesn't mean it has actually happened, wait until episode airs. Since you have a history of jumping the gun and assuming every little thing, consider this your final warning.--ForceFire 13:12, 11 May 2018 (UTC)

Understood Singaporean (talk) 13:14, 11 May 2018 (UTC)

Blocked

As you have shown that you cannot stop assuming episode events, you have been blocked for three days. Do not assume things that may happen in an episode, regardless of there may be a hint in the title or what not, do not assume period. Hiding the information also doesn't mean you are not assuming, it is still you assuming something will happen. Have patience and actually wait for the episode to air to add information to the article. If you continue to assume things, I will not be so lenient.--ForceFire 05:23, 7 June 2018 (UTC)

Grammar

Edits such as this and this are grammatically incorrect. Please keep this in mind next time you want to make such edits. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 07:40, 24 August 2018 (UTC)

Hate to break it to you, but this is also grammatically incorrect. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:47, 24 August 2018 (UTC)
It's supposed to be "classmates", not "classmate". What nationality are you, by any chance? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 09:54, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
Huh? Wasn't the my user name already stated very much or are you making fun of me to look my down just that my language is weak? Singaporean (talk) 09:56, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
I thought that was just something you picked off the top of your head. I can't reasonably presume everything in a username is accurate to a user's personal life. And I'm more irritated than anything else over having to keep correcting your errors. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 09:58, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
Okay, thank you very much and get back to work. This conversion ended. I don't want to continue to talk, otherwise admin is going to correct both of us for arguing a small matter things. Singaporean (talk) 10:16, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
Actually, I don't think this is a small matter. I'd love an admin to interject, because I can't see this continuing without further agitation. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 10:19, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
It has just come to my attention that ampersands should generally be avoided, so just a heads-up, since I've seen you using them. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:53, 26 August 2018 (UTC)

Sumire Morohoshi

I just realized you had a userspace article about her. Unfortunately, I already created an article about her. Sorry about that. You can fill up any missing information with stuff from your userspace article. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 16:37, 4 September 2018 (UTC)

Anime moves

I just wanted to let you know about our current policy regarding moves in the anime. Basically, our policy amounts to "no assumptions". A move can only be added...

In no other circumstances should a move be added.

Furthermore, there is currently a 3 strikes policy for violations of this policy. If a user adds a move that should not be added, they get a strike. If they make another mistake when they have 3 strikes, they will receive a block. (You are currently at 0 strikes.)

If you cannot testify that the conditions given above were met when you added a move, you will receive a strike. If you feel that a move should be acknowledged, please feel free to bring it up to me or any staff member.

Thank you. Tiddlywinks (talk) 04:03, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

Moving userpages

Userpages for the mainspace must be approved by an staff member first before moving. And you do not move the page by copying and pasting, you do that by using the move function next to the history tab.--ForceFire 13:08, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

I already left the message at your discussion. I'm awaiting you and the others decision. Singaporean (talk) 13:19, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

Hi

Just to avoid any future conflict, I have create a page for User:BigDocFan/Ayano_Shibuya in case you were thinking of making one.--BigDocFan (talk) 07:12, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

It okay. I don't mind other people creating their own UserSpace of Voice Actress. The only thing, I hate is they never noticing anything. So don't worry about it. Singaporean (talk) 09:39, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
Okay, I really do not appreciate the tone that you still have about what I did. How was I supposed to know you had a bunch of userspace articles already planned out for VAs? I cannot be reasonably expected to know each and every userspace article that's out there beforehand. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 17:44, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

Mainspace

You might want to speak with Abcboy about getting your pages mainspaced. They look good to me but I'm no expert.--BigDocFan (talk) 10:47, 4 October 2018 (UTC)

Not so fast yet. Better take time first, beside I haven't finish up the rest of the article important stuffs. Maybe, I will talk to him in the future sometime. But not now. Singaporean (talk) 10:49, 4 October 2018 (UTC)

Poipole's world

There's already a page in the works on Poipole's world here. It's your userspace so I won't delete your page, but I just thought I'd let you know. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 12:21, 22 October 2018 (UTC)

I wasn't noticing at all. Because, why I type it at the Poipole World. It didn't showed anything in the search result at all since is already created. Will you please help me to delete it, please. Singaporean (talk) 12:45, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
No problem. The other page on Poipole's world was also made in the userspace, and userspace pages are a lot harder to find than mainspace pages. I deleted your page. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 12:53, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
I will look further even more. Before, I created them in the future, thanks for your helped. Singaporean (talk) 13:22, 22 October 2018 (UTC)

Hey

Was wondering if you fancied giving me a hand with one of my VA pages, User:BigDocFan/Martha_Harms--BigDocFan (talk) 14:08, 27 October 2018 (UTC)

I very busy in my real life. But I will tried the best I can to update and improve in the next few days, if I have the time Singaporean (talk) 14:25, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
I understand if you can't. Thanks all the same.--BigDocFan (talk) 14:30, 27 October 2018 (UTC)

Anime move mistakes

I informed you above about our policy for adding anime moves and that there is a 3 strikes policy for violating it. I am going to give you 24 hours from this message to explain how this edit adding Psychic for SM094 meets the criteria mentioned above for adding anime moves. If you cannot justify your edit, you will receive a strike. Tiddlywinks (talk) 10:38, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

I understand. Playerking95 had already corrected me about the Move set is NOT Psychic. So, he had already revert the article back to normal. While adding the TRUE move is Foresight in that article. I'm really sorry as is a very serious matter ever since you had implode this rule. From now onward, I will never wanted to touch the move article ever due to so troublesome, Also again, this is really my careless mistaken. I should had just leave it alone and let you guys handle. Please forgive me, I swear now today I will never editing the move articles again. I promised you, never ever again. Singaporean (talk) 11:55, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
You don't really have to avoid the move pages completely. Just don't add anything you can't prove is a given move (as outlined above). On the off chance that there's something like subtitles or commentary that you're taking at face value, you want to be very careful about relying on something you can't verify directly/personally.
Your mistake puts you at 1 strike. Tiddlywinks (talk) 02:10, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
Thanks for the reminder, I will very caution next time when I write. Also, by the way the policy about move mistakes also included the Z-Move as well, right? Singaporean (talk) 10:26, 30 October 2018 (UTC)

Grammar again

I'm clearly not the only one who has a problem with your English skills right now, and I can see another user sent a message on your talk page regarding this matter a while back, so don't rant and rave at me when I complain about your English usage on articles. Take this history of complaints as a sign of what you could do to avoid further complications like this. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 10:54, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

I understand. However, its seems that no one else wanted to editing the episode 5 summary plot of that article. Despite, the episode already out since last week. Don't know isn't someone else left it there just to make completely blank. Also, I edited the summary since it a short segment and simple. Never thought FinnishPokéFan92 will reacted like that after I finish up the writing. Singaporean (talk) 11:15, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

Evolution

In the future, please move the already existing article to the new desired article when a Pokémon evolves, don't create a redirect to the existing article, that's not the way to do it. Thank you.--ForceFire 09:36, 27 January 2019 (UTC)

Timeline

Please wait before adding the most recent episode's events on the timeline of anime events. Give it time to stabilize to avoid the need for repeated edits on the timeline page as much as possible. Thank you. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 12:10, 10 February 2019 (UTC)

Previewing edits

Please preview other people's edits first before freaking out over the purported uselessness of them. You can do that by comparing selected diffs using the article's revision history. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 16:28, 20 March 2019 (UTC)

Yasuyuki Kase

Was wondering if you could help with getting User:BigDocFan/Yasuyuki Kase ready for possible mainspacing?--BigDocFan (talk) 15:22, 23 March 2019 (UTC)

Sure, no problem. If I have spare time to do it. Singaporean (talk) 05:15, 24 March 2019 (UTC)

Please assume good faith

Don't assume I'm undoing your edits just for kicks. If removing the section divider or whatever it's called interfered with the "Moves used" section on my screen as well, trust me, I would NOT remove it. But the "Moves used" section is still fine on my screen on both counts, so I don't see what the necessity of it is, or why you're freaking out. If it's interfering with the "Moves used" section on your screen, it probably has to do with the kind of browser you're using. That's my best guess. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 22:19, 23 March 2019 (UTC)

Vikavolt race

I've already created a page for that race. Playerking95 (talk) 09:33, 28 April 2019 (UTC)

Previews

Please, PLEASE in the future make sure you correctly do the trivia point of who narrates the previews in future, because they always either are in the wrong order or miss some people. Just listen carefully for who speaks and when or just don't add the list at all. Playerking95 (talk) 09:34, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

Previews 2

I get English might not be your first language, so please stop listing who narrates the previews wrong. Edit your posts if you make a mistake and then save your changes or let someone else do it. Commas go before "and" and you used the wrong link for Goh and Ash's Pikachu. Playerking95 (talk) 09:38, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
