Snattle
Snattle (Japanese: ワズル Wazuru) is a Cipher Admin from Pokémon XD. He is chief executive of Cipher, replacing Nascour. When first encountered in Phenac City, he has a shadow Lunatone. When met on Citadark Isle, he has a shadow Solrock and a shadow Starmie.
He appears to wear a mood ring around his neck.
Being promised a rank as the governor of Orre, Snattle did his best to fulfill Greevil's desires. However, ultimately, he failed in his plans.
Snattle's Shadow Pokémon all revolve around celestial bodies (Moon, Sun, and Star). In Orre Colosseum, he utilizes the Explosion move.
