Flame Wheel (Japanese: かえんぐるま Flame Wheel) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Flame Wheel will, if the user is frozen, heal its condition, and then inflict damage on the target. It is one of only two moves to do so, the other being Sacred Fire. Flame Wheel also has a 10% chance of burning the target.
