Vespertine Pokémon
Some Pokémon are vespertine, which means they appear more frequently in the wild during the evening, or do not appear at all unless it is evening. This only applies to Generation IX; while this transitory period between daytime and night was introduced in Generation IV and used for certain other mechanics such as evolution or location preview, only in Generation IX is it counted as separate for the purpose of spawning Pokémon.
A colored background means that the Pokémon can be found in that location in the specified game. A white background with colored text means that the Pokémon cannot be found there.
