The Trainer Tower is similar to the Battle Tower and was initially found in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen north of Seven Island in the Sevii Islands. It has various modes of battling, offering different rewards if they are beaten. Rewards are time-based: the lower the time taken, the better the prizes.
A similar location is found in Pokémon Emerald, north of Mauville City, though here it is known as Trainer Hill. It has sliding mazes and utilizes the multi-trainer double battle feature introduced in Emerald as well.
Fans remember the tower due to the presence of a shiny Espeon in the Sevii incarnation.
In the Pokémon Special manga, Trainer Tower is a Team Rocket base.
Modes
Single Mode
This is the mode featuring regular one-on-one battles. Winners receive an Up-Grade.
