Double Hit (Japanese: ダブルアタック Double Attack) is a damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Double Hit does damage, hitting twice per use.

Double Hit will hit twice even if it breaks a Substitute. Bide and Counter will only acknowledge one hit of this move.

Other effects

An Aipom who knows this move will evolve into Ambipom when leveled up.

Aipom. Aipom hits the opponent with its tail moving rapidly.

Ambipom. Ambipom's tails glow bright pink, and it strikes the opponent with both.
