Discharge (Japanese: ほうでん Electrical Discharge) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Discharge damages all Pokémon on the field but the user. It also has a 30% chance of paralyzing each of them.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2, Discharge attacks every enemy in the room, every enemy within 2 squares in passageways and every enemy within a square in very dimly lit passageways.

Pokémon

Pachirisu. Pachirisu charges and then releases blue electricity.

• Used by Dawn's Pachirisu from Twice Smitten, Once Shy to present.

Rotom. Rotom discharges blue electricity from its aura. Anyone that touches it will become shocked by this move.

• Used by a wild Rotom in DP105.

Luxio. Luxio charges and then releases blue electricity.
