Lock-On (Japanese: ロックオン Lock-On) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

The next move made by the user of this move will not miss even if the target has used a move similar to Fly. However if the target uses a move such as Detect or has switched out, the user's next move could miss.

Regirock. Regirock fires a transmitter at the opponent.

Registeel. Registeel fires a transmitter at the opponent.

Metagross. Metagross begins calculating where the opponent is. It then traces a a path and locks on to the opponent.
