Topsy-Turvy (Japanese: ひっくりかえす Flip) is a non-damaging Dark-type move introduced in Generation VI. It is the signature move of Inkay and Malamar.

Effect

Topsy-Turvy reverses all stat changes on the target Pokémon, making positive changes negative and negative changes positive. Clear Body does not affect this move.
