Take Your Opponents Down...by the Sea.
The Pokémon®-e: Aquapolis™ set is the scene for big-time battles. With 186 cards—the largest set ever—only the best Pokémon Master Trainers will conquer this mysterious coastal city.
Aquapolis is the name given to the second main expansion of the e-Card Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In Japan, it was released as two different expansions, The Town on No Map and Wind from the Sea, the second and third expansions in the Pokémon Card Game e-Card Era. It introduces Crystal Pokémon. The English expansion was released on January 15, 2003, while The Town on No Map was released on March 8, 2002 and Wind from the Sea on May 24, 2002.
Aquapolis was one of two expansions to separate the Rare Holo cards from the rest of the expansion; the cards are numbered H##. Some cards were numbered with letters (##a or ##b) which featured the same artwork, but the Dot Code strip contains different data for that particular Pokémon. To prevent confusion as with the previous expansion, Expedition Base Set, Reverse Holofoil were not printed.
