Blue Flare (Japanese: あおいほのお Blue Fire) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is one of the signature moves of Reshiram.

Effect

Blue Flare inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of burning the target. It will double the power of Fusion Bolt if Blue Flare is used immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Bolt, during that use.
