As of Generation IV, lots of NPCs travel between regions. There are also NPCs in every region. This template consolidates the current four templates we run and puts them into the new, colorful style that's been popping up around the place.

If you don't like something about it, tell me. Otherwise I shall take silence as golden.

Background colour is optional. It doesn't always have to be electric-yellow.
