Five Island
Indigo Plateau
Five Island, the fifth in the archipelago, covers another large section of ocean. Water Labyrinth, Resort Gorgeous, and Lost Cave are located on the north side, while Five Isle Meadow and Memorial Pillar stand off to the south.
The Indigo Plateau serves as the capital for the Pokémon League in the Kanto region. This is where the Trainers who have defeated all eight Gym Leaders battle against the Elite Four and the Champion. The entrance hall houses a Pokémon Center and a Poké Mart, allowing challengers to prepare themselves and their Pokémon for the gauntlet ahead. The Elite Four is a group of talented Pokémon Trainers second only to the Champion in terms of power, and must be fought in succession with no break. These five battles will not be easy, but challengers who bring their strongest Pokémon and a healthy supply of Potions and Revives may finally find themselves in the Hall of Fame.

Five Isle Meadow
Elite Four
Five Isle Meadow is located just east of Five Island. Most of the main island is located on this short route, which includes the Rocket Warehouse.
Battle 1
Rocket Warehouse
The Rocket Warehouse is Team Rocket's headquarters in the Sevii Islands, and their last stronghold. To confront Gideon and reclaim the III, must navigate through the maze of spinner tiles.
The first member of the Elite Four is Lorelei, a master Ice Trainer. Ice-type Pokémon are weak to Fire-, Rock-, and Fighting moves, while Ice-type moves are super effective against Grass-, Flying-, Ground-, and Dragon Pokémon. Her Jynx is notably her only Pokémon that is not Water type. Due to her Pokémon's dual typings, Electric moves are the most useful against Lorelei's frigid forces.

After clearing the maze, is challenged by a female Admin.
Defeating Lorelei opens the door to the second room.

Battle 2
The second member of the Elite Four is Bruno, a master Fighting Trainer. Fighting-type Pokémon are weak to Flying- and Psychic moves, while Fighting-type moves are super effective against Normal-, Rock-, and Ice Pokémon. A pair of Onix round out his team, so Grass and Water moves are also helpful. Slowbro and Starmie may be especially useful here, as their typing helps to counter each opposing Pokémon.

Once ignorant of her role in Team Rocket's operation, she had always done what she was told. She now questions this role, and flips a switch that reverses a pair of tiles leading to the entrance, giving a chance to prepare for the final two battles. The final Rocket, another Admin, accuses of sowing confusion among their ranks by claiming that the team has disbanded. He aims to put a stop to this.
Defeating Bruno opens the door to the third room.

The third member of the Elite Four is Agatha, a master Ghost Trainer. Take out her two Gengar as soon as possible, or risk the effects of Sleep and Poison. ====Battle 4====

Seeing 's Earth Badge, he realizes that the organization needs to regroup. He vows to find Giovanni and resurrect Team Rocket before he and the others disappear. Continue on to the northeast room to confront Gideon.
The fourth and final member of the Elite Four is Lance, a master Dragon Trainer and leader of the Elite Four. Dragon-type moves are super effective against Dragon-type Pokémon, while Dragon-type Pokémon are weak to Dragon- and Ice moves. All of Lance's Pokémon have a draconic appearance, but only three are Dragon type. Use moves like Ice Beam and Dragon Claw to tear through his two Dragonair and his Dragonite. Due to its secondary Flying type, his Aerodactyl also takes serious damage from Ice moves, but Water moves are also effective. His Gyarados takes massive damage from Electric moves, so use Thunderbolt to take it down. With their Ice and Electric attacks, Articuno and Zapdos are some of the best choices to help slay Lance's dragons.

Since he cannot sell it anymore, Gideon finally gives up the III. Take this back to Celio on One Island to fully upgrade the Network Machine.
With the Elite Four defeated, the door to the Champion's room is unlocked. Take a moment to prepare your Pokémon now, as you will be drawn into battle immediately upon entering the next room. Only one person stands between you and the title of Champion!

Memorial Pillar
Champion
Memorial Pillar is a stretch of ocean that extends southeastward from Five Isle Meadow.

The southern island is home to the gravesite of a Trainer's beloved Onix, nicknamed Tectonix. If leaves a Drink, Tectonix's favorite drink, on the stone pillar, its grieving Trainer will give 42 as a thank-you gift.
Blue defeated the Elite Four before you even set foot in Victory Road, and now the title of Indigo League Champion rests with him. The first half of his team will always consist of Pidgeot, Alakazam, and Rhydon. The second half changes depending on his first Pokémon. Electric attacks terrorize his Pidgeot and Gyarados (or Blastoise), so a crackling Thunderbolt will send them reeling. A strong Water Pokémon can wash away his Rhydon and Arcanine (or Charizard) with Surf. His Exeggutor (or Venusaur) cannot survive long in extreme heat or cold, so hitting it with Flamethrower or Ice Beam will do the trick. The most annoying opponent may be his Alakazam due to its Recover move; its Defense is fairly low, so hit it with a physical move to put an end to its games.

Water Labyrinth
Rival Battle 8
Water Labyrinth is a small ocean route that leads northward from Five Island. Surf westward through the maze of sea rocks—with no more than five Pokémon—to reach the tiny bit of land on the west end. The old man on south side will give a Pokémon Egg if lead Pokémon has a high friendship rating. This Egg will eventually hatch into a Togepi.
If the player chose Bulbasaur:
{| style="margin: auto;"
Resort Gorgeous
Resort Gorgeous is an east-west ocean route that consists of several small islands on Five Island's north side. The center island's cottage belongs to Selphy, who is currently away. Lost Cave is located on the eastern island.

Lost Cave
Lost Cave is a tiny island cave that is always covered in heavy fog from the ocean. Because of this, visitors are easily disoriented, and often find themselves back at the entrance. To fully explore the cave, must take note of the number of rocks in each room; this number indicates the clock position of the path forward. Traveling in the opposite direction will lead to an item.

In the final room, meets Selphy, a wealthy Lady who has gotten lost while exploring the cave. Rather than express her thanks for being rescued, she challenges to a battle.

Legendary Beasts
|pokemon=6}}
At this point, once the Network Machine is up and running, one of the legendary beasts will begin to roam the Kanto region. The one that appears will have an advantage against 's starter Pokémon; Entei for Bulbasaur, Suicune for Charmander, and Raikou for Squirtle. It will attempt to flee as soon as battle begins, so use moves like Mean Look or abilities like Arena Trap to prevent escape, and status problems to wear it down. Before you work on trying to catch it through this method make sure to save.
|{{Pokémon/3

|game=FireRed
Due to a game glitch, if the roaming legendary beast is Raikou or Entei, and if they use Roar to escape, they will disappear from the game completely and therefore you must use a soft reset to make them reappear, otherwise you'll have to start a new game and go through the main game again to make them reappear. It would also be recommended to use a Master Ball here unless if you want to save it for Mewtwo.

Seven Island
Seven Island is the southernmost of the Sevii Islands, and the farthest from mainland Kanto. Its remote location attracts few visitors, which allows most of the island to exist in its natural, undisturbed state. The one area of development is Trainer Tower, on the northernmost island. South of town, Sevault Canyon leads to the Tanoby Ruins.

Seven Island
Move Tutor
The resident on the bridge offers to teach Swords Dance to one of 's Pokémon. Swords Dance raises the user's Attack by Stats, or 100% of the original value.
Trainer Tower
The northernmost island is home to Trainer Tower, a facility where challengers can participate in several different battle modes: Single, Double, Knockout, and Mixed. The goal is to battle through eight floors of opponents and reach the rooftop as soon as possible; beating the default time for each mode earns challengers a rare item. Battles do not award experience or money, and the levels of the opposing Trainers' Pokémon match that of 's highest-leveled Pokémon.
Canyon Entrance
The Canyon Entrance is a small route that connects the town to Sevault Canyon in the south.

Sevault Canyon
Sevault Canyon is a long, narrow valley leading southward to the ocean. The difficult terrain serves as a training ground for elite Trainers. A small cave known as Tanoby Key is located on the valley's north side.

Tanoby Key
The eight Gym Leaders are defeated, the Elite Four have fallen, and the title of Champion has been snatched away from your rival! Professor Oak appears after the battle and leads you to the Hall of Fame room.
Tanoby Key is a small cave with several boulders and pressure switches. Activating every switch causes a mysterious rumble somewhere far away.

The Chansey Dance
Hall of Fame
The house on the canyon's south side belongs to a man and his Chansey. If visitors decide to join in the Chansey Dance, the upbeat activity will fully heal their Pokémon.
It is here where all victorious Trainers and their dedicated Pokémon will be recorded, as a testament to their power and perseverance. Once the professor enters your team's information, the game saves and the credits begin to roll...

Tanoby Ruins
But the adventure is not over just yet!
The Tanoby Ruins are seven small islets on the southern edge of Seven Island. Each islet holds one of the Tanoby Chambers.

Tanoby Chambers
The Tanoby Chambers are said to be at least 1,500 years old, ancient ruins of a bygone age. With the puzzle in Tanoby Key cleared, several forms of Unown can now be found in each chamber.

This is the Bulbapedia walkthrough for Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.
These pages follow the remade Game Boy Advance iteration, not Pokémon Red and Blue. The guide for those games can be found here.

Indigo Plateau

Indigo Plateau

Poké Mart

Elite Four

Battle 1

Lorelei's room

The first member of the Elite Four is Lorelei, a master Ice-type Trainer. Ice-type Pokémon are weak to Fire-, Rock-, and Fighting-type moves, while Ice-type moves are super effective against Grass-, Flying-, Ground-, and Dragon-type Pokémon. Her Jynx is notably her only Pokémon that is not Water type. Due to her Pokémon's dual typings, Electric moves are the most useful against Lorelei's frigid forces.

Defeating Lorelei opens the door to the second room.

Battle 2

Bruno's room

The second member of the Elite Four is Bruno, a master Fighting-type Trainer. Fighting-type Pokémon are weak to Flying- and Psychic-type moves, while Fighting-type moves are super effective against Normal-, Rock-, and Ice-type Pokémon. A pair of Onix round out his team, so Grass and Water moves are also helpful. Slowbro and Starmie may be especially useful here, as their Water/Psychic typing helps to counter each opposing Pokémon.

Defeating Bruno opens the door to the third room.

Battle 3

Agatha's room

The third member of the Elite Four is Agatha, a master Ghost-type Trainer. Ghost-type moves are super effective against Ghost- and Psychic-type Pokémon, while Ghost-type Pokémon are weak to Dark- and Ghost-type moves. Normal- and Fighting-type moves will have no effect. Take out her two Gengar as soon as possible, or risk the effects of Sleep and Poisoning. As all of her Pokémon are also part Poison, Ground- and Psychic-type attacks are the best ways to calm Agatha's spirits.

Defeating Agatha unlocks the door to the fourth room.

Battle 4

Lance's room

The fourth and final member of the Elite Four is Lance, a master Dragon-type Trainer and leader of the Elite Four. Dragon-type moves are super effective against Dragon-type Pokémon, while Dragon-type Pokémon are weak to Dragon- and Ice-type moves.

With the Elite Four defeated, the door to the Champion's room is unlocked. Take a moment to prepare your Pokémon now, as you will be drawn into battle immediately upon entering the next room. Only one person stands between you and the title of Champion!

Champion

Champion's room

Blue defeated the Elite Four before you even set foot in Victory Road, and now the title of Indigo League Champion rests with him. The first half of his team will always consist of Pidgeot, Alakazam, and Rhydon. The second half changes depending on his first Pokémon. Electric-type attacks terrorize his Pidgeot and Gyarados (or Blastoise), so a crackling Thunderbolt will send them reeling.

Rival Battle 8

  If the player chose Charmander:

  If the player chose Squirtle:

Hall of Fame

The eight Gym Leaders are defeated, the Elite Four have fallen, and the title of Champion has been snatched away from your rival! Professor Oak appears after the battle and leads you to the Hall of Fame room.

Hall of Fame

It is here where all victorious Trainers and their dedicated Pokémon will be recorded, as a testament to their power and perseverance. Once the professor enters your team's information, the game saves and the credits begin to roll...

But the adventure is not over just yet!
