Welcome to Bulbapedia, UltimateChampAlex!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Also, I'd like to notice you that talk is not place for that kind of stuff you made here. It should be on userpage... and please use preview button. You could make this with one edit instead of several. Marked +-+-+ (talk) 21:20, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

Don't try to add your teams here anymore, it is against the userspace policy. I suggest you to read that page and several other pages that are linked in the above welcome box.--Den Zen 21:36, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button... Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! --ForceFire 02:34, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

As stated above, please take note of the preview button: you have recently made three edits to this page. Using the preview button will prevent the clogging of the Recent Changes section and will save space. Thanks! –Joltaex 23:52, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
Ten edits to Pokémon League (Unova) on one day is unacceptable. I would like to remind you again to use a preview button, as those edits clog the Recent Changes. Also, the problem with the Party template not showing up is due to the exceeding template include size (There's too much templates). It's best to leave it as is for now. --超龍Chao 19:18, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

Please use link templates when linking to stuff such as Pokémon names, attacks, and the like. For example, {{m|Frenzy Plant}} instead of just [[Frenzy Plant]]. This is so you don't unintentionally link to a disambiguation page.

For a full crash course on link templates, look at the list of link templates. ht14 02:12, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Regarding your recent edits

Those edits you made to Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Blaziken, and Swampert are not notable. Please refrain from adding this sort of trivia. Thanks. If you are searching for things to edit, there are many other things that do need to be filled up, such as with Black 2 and White 2, and other Pokémon-related media. If you are wondering what else to do, feel free to ask me about it. ht14 02:18, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Editing a page only to undo your edits won't help your case... I already suggested things for you to do. It's on my talk page. We keep conversations consistent by keeping them on the same page. Thanks~ ht14 19:12, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
I'd like to add to this by asking that you refrain from editing pages for the sake of editing them. You should not be editing pages solely to try and get your userpage rights, as this isn't a forum. - Blazios talk 20:06, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Regarding your recent edits

Those edits you made to Johto and Sinnoh are not notable. Please refrain from adding content that does not indicate the significance of the subject. Thanks. Wrrasba (talk) 20:19, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Adding nonsense to pages then removing them just to up your edit count will not be tolerated. Even if you do get autoconfirmed from doing these edits, you'll be moved to abuse and will be unable to edit your userpage until the staff sees you making constructive edits. Keep that in mind the next time you add something like this or this. --Pokemaster97 20:48, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Please improve the quality of your edits. Capitalize certain terms like "Pokémon" and don't add unnotable or obvious facts. You definitely won't get your userspace editing rights back until you become a better editor.--Den Zen 19:03, 14 September 2012 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than one edit per day and make sure you contribute to our mainspace more than your userspace. This policy was instated to promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! --It's Funktastic~! (talk) 22:32, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

If you're not going to heed the warnings and use the preview button, then you're going to be forced to use it. And if you're going to cheat the system and add/remove info just to edit your userpage, then you won't be allowed to. It isn't hard to follow the rules. -- MAGNEDETH 02:04, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

Continuing to make unnotable edits

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, such as the ones you made to Seaside Cave, Stranger House, and Unova Route 20, you may be blocked. Wrrasba (talk) 18:27, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

Ahem. Yes, about that. I've checked the edits you've made. They weren't exactly vandalism, but they weren't constructive. Please try to make more constructive edits in the future. Thank you. Ataro (talk) 18:55, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

Second Person

When writing articles in the mainspace, please don't use second person (you). Instead use the player or words such as that. Thanks! --It's Funktastic~! (talk) 17:32, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

Hold on just a second

Would you mind taking a break from creating Pokémon World Tournament pages for a bit? Some of the staff aren't keen on what you've named the articles, so they'd like to take the time to figure out what to call them before creating more. This way there's less pages that need to be moved once they've decided on a name. For future reference, try to avoid using abbreviations in page titles. Thanks for taking the initiative! Once we've figured out a good name for them, we'll let you continue! Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 20:31, 28 September 2012 (UTC)
