Champions Festival was first distributed at the 2013 World Championships and was distributed at every annual event until the 2022 World Championships. Featured in the Worlds 2013 artwork are Bidoof, Wailmer, Psyduck, and Oshawott.
The 2014 print features Pikachu, Froakie, Gogoat, Braviary, and Vivillon with two of its wing patterns: Modern and Ocean. The artwork also features a Psyduck-themed boat, the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and the Washington Monument in reference to Washington, D.C., the location of the 2014 World Championships.
The 2015 print features Rapidash, Ducklett, Swanna, Psyduck, Pikachu, and a statue of Arceus. Rapidash is a reference to Paul Revere's "Midnight Ride", while the Arceus statue references the Equestrian Statue of George Washington that stands in the Public Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, the location of the 2015 World Championships.
The 2016 print features Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, and Psyduck. Also featured are a representation of the Golden Gate Bridge, a Krabby-inspired Fisherman's Wharf sign, and cable car, all iconic references to San Francisco, California, the venue for the 2016 World Championships.
The 2017 print features Pikachu, Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio riding a Rotom Pokédex-themed roller coaster complete with Psyduck, Drifloon, and Alolan Exeggutor. The illustration is a likely reference to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, the location of the 2017 World Championships.
The 2018 print features numerous aurally-associated Pokémon in reference to the location of the 2018 World Championships: Nashville, Tennessee, known for its affiliation with music. These include Pom-Pom Style Oricorio, Meloetta, Kricketune, and Loudred. Also featured are Pikachu, Darumaka, and Psyduck riding a Tauros-themed spring rocker.
The 2019 print features Pikachu, Eevee, Rufflet, Psyduck, and a number of Meltan exploring a gallery containing artwork of past iterations of Champions Festival. This is likely inspired by the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., the location of the 2019 World Championships. A Machamp statue can also be seen.
The 2022 print features Pikachu, Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble riding on the London Eye. Psyduck is riding on Corviknight, who is flying in the sky. A Galarian Weezing is floating next to the London Eye. The Big Ben could be seen in the background. These two are iconic landmarks in London, the location of the 2022 World Championships. 2022 was also the first year of the card's release in Traditional Chinese, Thai and Indonesia.
At Worlds 2013, a nine-card commemorative collection was given to participating players at the start of the tournament. The collection consists of seven prints of Champions Festival in English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Two special cards were also included in the binder: one featuring the 2013 World Championships logo, and one featuring an advertisement for the 2013 World Championship Decks. Binders were not distributed at subsequent tournaments, with the TCG players receiving the seven international prints instead presented in a sealed plastic wrapper. Video Game players were awarded three copies of the unstamped prints for participating. Special stamped versions of the English prints were also awarded to staff who helped oversee the event and to the top-ranking players in each division of the tournament. In languages released by the Pokémon Company International, All Worlds 2013 prints of this card are numbered BW95. The 2014 print is numbered XY27; the 2015 print is numbered XY91; the 2016 print is numbered XY176; the 2017 print is numbered SM78; the 2018 print is numbered SM148; the 2019 print is numbered SM231; and the 2022 print is numbered SWSH296. Cards in languages released by the Pokémon Company and Pokémon Korea are unnumbered BW-P, XY-P, SM-P Promotional cards, and S-P Promotional cards, respectively.
