Hey, I noticed you're adding the availability template to Pokémon pages. Just a bit of advice: follow the style used in other pages; if it's a Pokémon exclusive to one version of a pair, you don't need to put "Trade" for the other version of the pair, just put in "(version it's in only)". And don't forget, there are three Victory Roads. Specify (Kanto), (Hoenn), or (Sinnoh), please. (see below)

This Pokémon was unavailable prior to Generation I.
Generation I

Common Routes 5, 6, 7, and 8 (Red only)

None Trade

Generation III

FireRed LeafGreen

Generation IV

Rare Routes 225 and 226 (Poké Radar)

Black 2 White 2

This is the way the template should be laid out.

And really, don't rip the descriptions of where they are straight from Serebii. --TTEchidna 01:25, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Like I said, don't take the descriptions straight from Serebii. Believe me, most people can't tell between the areas of the Safari Zone unless looking at a guidebook. Just say it's in the Safari Zone and if they want to find it, they will find it. And please, please, use the rtn template for multiple routes... --TTEchidna 21:07, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

When linking a Pokémon species, be sure to use the p link template, too. --TTEchidna 00:29, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Link templates

It's important to use them, especially the p one. Please do so. --TTEchidna 04:18, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Hey, quit ignoring me. Use the link templates! They're there for a reason. --TTEchidna 04:38, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Last warning: Start using the link templates when linking a Pokémon species (such as Onix), because no one wants to go to a redirect page, or worse, a disambiguation page, like Onix, among others, is. That, and it's important, it's part of the manual of style to link all abilities, Pokémon species, moves, types, and several other things with the link templates instead of plain square brackets.

For example: I can put that Mewtwo learns Psychic using just square brackets, but look at that! Two disambiguation pages! This is why we use the link templates, because although it produces the same results as Mewtwo learns Psychic, it certainly is a lot easier to just go with Mewtwo learns Psychic to correctly link the sentence as Mewtwo learns Psychic.

Also, be sure to check out your links, the area that serves as Greevil's lair is Citadark Isle, not Island, and Shadow Pokémon in Colo/XD are indicated in the availability template in parentheses as Shadow, not by what trainer they can be snagged from.

Thanks for reading! Now, get to doing! --TTEchidna 01:20, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

Lemme tell ya something

In many Pokémon games, the Pokémon have a move in their level-up moveset twice. Trust me on this one. TTEchidna 23:23, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

Project Globe

On the Project Globe template, please don't unhide the pages that haven't been made yet. We don't make links visible unless those pages are created. Thanks, --ZestyCactus 02:26, 29 December 2010 (UTC)

Censored words list

A move to that title was suggested and wasn't finalized yet, especially with the info gathering for Gen VI. Instead of copying an entire page, which is not how moving a page works, why don't you make your voice heard on the matter? Look for the section titled "Restricted nickname?", which is currently recent enough for replies, and it mentions the suggested title. Berrenta (talk) 03:20, 6 April 2014 (UTC)

I notice that this was the second time you made the page. If you want the page to be moved please use the link above and discuss it on the talk page. Copy and pasting to a new page is not how it should be done. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 03:23, 6 April 2014 (UTC)

Moving pages

As a rule, please do not move a page without approval from staff. These are decisions to be made by the Editorial Board. Thank you. Tiddlywinks (talk) 19:36, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

Second warning

Again, please do not just move a page, discuss it on the talk page of the desired article first. The editorial board will then decide whether it should be moved. Thank you.--ForceFire 02:49, 10 February 2017 (UTC)

Moving pages (again)

In case you didn't bother reading the previous two warnings on your talk page, please read them now. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 05:10, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

Block

Due to blatantly ignoring staff warnings about moving pages without permission, you have been blocked for one month. Please read your messages on your talk page and take them seriously. Pages may only be moves once the Editorial Board gives their approval. If you want a page moved, bring it up to a talk page and wait. And do not move it just because no one has responded, have patience. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:59, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

Ash's Pokémon

Do NOT split a page without staff permission. The page is currently being discussed on the talk page whether to be split or not, there has not been a consensus on the topic. You have a habit of making large scale edits without staff approval, so this will literally be your final warning. Any other attempts to move pages without staff permission will lead to an instant block.--ForceFire 03:22, 9 June 2018 (UTC)

Blocked, again

As I, and other staff members, have said many times, do not move a page without permission. There is a discussion going on on Ash Ketchum (M20)'s talk page about the move, and there is yet to be a consensus on whether to move it or not. You cannot take it upon yourself to just move the page. And since this is something that you have done time and time again, you have been blocked for an extra month. The next time you do this you will be moved on.--ForceFire 05:20, 3 September 2018 (UTC)

Voice Actors

Word of advice from an experienced member, if you're going to give a Pokemon an actor, you need to have a reliable source.--BigDocFan (talk) 21:12, 29 March 2020 (UTC)

Talk pages

Talk pages are for suggesting improvements to an article, not to speculate on voice actors. There is a dedicated thread for that over at the forums, so go there. And since you have a history of doing these sorts of things and ignoring staff/messages on your talk page, this will be your only warning regarding this. Any further attempts at posting forum topics on talk pages will lead to an immediate block. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:43, 11 July 2021 (UTC)

Third block

As per my message above, as you have continued to use the talk page for topics that belong to the forums, you have been given a two week block. And as I said, you would be blocked immediately as you have a history of not reading your talk page and repeating your offending edits. Please do take the time to read your talk page and take them seriously, because you obviously don't do either of those things. If you have time to write down talk page sections, you have time to read your talk page messages. As you are a repeat offender, the next time you do this, you will be blocked for longer or even permanently.--ForceFire 05:08, 16 July 2021 (UTC)

Greninja, Z2, Squishy

Just because they don't appear in Journeys doesn't mean they're no longer in Kalos or they are dead, they just didn't appear because the writers didn't want them to appear. Take your speculation to the forums.--ForceFire 05:01, 3 February 2022 (UTC) But sorry about that, I was already indefinitely banned in the Bulbagarden Forums because of the rules violation, making it my tough luck. That's all. :'( --Swampertguy (talk) 21:47, 3 February 2022 (UTC)

Cynthia's team

We have listed Cynthia's team apart from Garchomp as being in rotation, so status unknown isn't required.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 18:32, 9 September 2022 (UTC)

Ash's Gible

Do you have a source confirming that Stephen Fu voices Ash's Gible now?--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 18:00, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

Yes, it's confirmed under PocketMonsters.net now.--Swampertguy (talk) 18:06, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
That's not a source, other fansites are not sources. To get a valid source, ask the voice actor directly via social media. As you have a history of ignoring your talk page messages and continuing to make erroneous edits, this is your only warning about this. Continual re-adding whilst citing that source will lead to an immediate block.--ForceFire 18:20, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
Oops, sorry about that.--Swampertguy (talk) 18:23, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
I advise against contacting Lisa or the voice actors regarding their roles in JN114, they aren't allowed to discuss episodes until they have aired in America.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 20:04, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
