Victory Road (Japanese: チャンピオンロード Champion Road) is a cave that is often filled with expert Trainers that serves as the final test for Pokémon Trainers before facing the Elite Four of a particular region. There are various Victory Roads throughout the Pokémon world.

Victory Road is also the name of a storyline in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, where the player takes on the Paldea League.

In the spin-off games

Victory Road is an area in Pokémon Masters EX that serves as a guide for challenging Hard mode in the Champion Stadium.

In addition, artwork depicting various Victory Roads from the core series regions is seen in several Trainers' mindscapes.

In animation

Victory Roads have not been featured in the animated series, though Mount Lanakila does appear in Pokémon the Series in a different role. The only time Victory Road has been mentioned in the animated series is in the ending theme Which One ~ Is It?.

Black & White arc

Unova's Victory Road, as depicted in Pokémon Black and White, appeared in Dream a Little Dream and Hallway Hijinks, where it served as a final test for the 32 Trainers who had earned the eight Badges required to enter the Pokémon League tournament. In the end, eight Trainers made it through Victory Road and were allowed to compete in the Pokémon League quarterfinals.

Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon arc

Mount Lanakila served as the site of the arc's climax, first appearing in Ray of Light!! Through the Crack in the Sky!.
