Shadow End (Japanese: ダークエンド Dark End) is one of several Shadow moves available only in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Like other Shadow moves, it is forgotten and replaced with another move once the Pokémon is purified.

Effect

Shadow End is a Shadow version of Double-Edge. Its recoil damage is equal to half the user's current HP (no matter how much damage is done).

As Shadow Pokémon cannot be traded, and since Pokémon Contests do not exist in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, Shadow End cannot be used in Contests.

Trivia

  • Shadow End is the Shadow move with both the highest power and the lowest accuracy, with 120 base power and only 60% accuracy.
    • This also makes it the only Shadow move that doesn't have 100% accuracy other than Shadow Panic.
