(→‎Trivia: moves with different EN and JP names are indeed nothing unusual, but i think this should be left in in case readers wonder why they had to change a name like "Gold Rush", which is already a common turn of phrase in English)

Make It Rain (Japanese: ゴールドラッシュ Gold Rush) is a damage-dealing Steel-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature move of Gholdengo.

Effect

Make It Rain inflicts damage and lowers the user's Special Attack by one stage. In a battle with multiple opponents, Make It Rain will target all adjacent opponents.

For each target the move hits, coins are scattered on the ground. $5 multiplied by the user's level are scattered each time. No coins are scattered in Tera Raid Battles. If the player wins the battle, they will pick up all the scattered coins and receive the total money amount. The amount doubles if any of the player's Pokémon that took part in the battle were holding an Amulet Coin; however, having more than one Pokémon holding the item does not further increase the money amount.

Description
