SP Energy (Japanese: SPエネルギー SP Energy) is a Special Energy card. It was first released in the Rising Rivals expansion.

SP Energy provides Energy. If the Pokémon SP Energy is attached to is a Pokémon SP, SP Energy provides every type of Energy but provides only 1 Energy at a time. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

Release information

This card was included in the Rising Rivals expansion, first released in the Japanese Bonds to the End of Time expansion and both Half Decks of the Infernape vs Gallade SP Deck Kit. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Beat of the Frontier expansion as well as in both Half Decks of the Garchomp vs Charizard SP Deck Kit. A Cosmos Holofoil DPt-P Promotional version of this card was subsequently available in Japan as a participation prize at Beat of the Frontier Release Commemoration events during March 2009 and at 2009 Gym Challenge events.
