Spotlight (Japanese: スポットライト Spotlight) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation VII.

Effect

Spotlight makes the target the center of attention, causing all attacks from opposing Pokémon to target this move's user rather than their intended target.

When used in place of a Z-Move, the move will become Z-Spotlight and boost the user's Special Defense stat by 1 stage.
