Trivia

  • It is one of the very few moves in Pokémon Battle Revolution that is visually identical to its handheld counterpart.
  • Focus Blast is the only variation of Blizzard that cannot be learned by any Pokémon via leveling up and the only variation that has a chance of lowering an opponent's stat.
  • In the early Japanese versions of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Focus Blast had a different animation. Instead of 'spreading' when it touched the opponent, it disintegrated.
