In Japan, this card was first available as 1 of 2 possible winner's prizes in the Champion's League 2017 event at each Pokémon Card Festa 2017 venue. To qualify for a winner's prize, competitors in the Junior and Senior Leagues had to reach the Climax Stage, which required a win at the First Stage and 3 consecutive wins at the Premier Stage. Competitors in the Master League could qualify for a winner's prize by reaching the last 16 in the tournament. Pokémon Card Festa 2017 was held at the Nagoya Trade & Industry Center, Nagoya on May 5, 2017; at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on May 20 and 21, 2017; and at Intex Osaka, Osaka on May 28, 2017. It was awarded again as 1 of 2 possible winner's prizes at the 2017 Okayama Champion's League, held at the Cooperative Okayama Prefecture Wholesale Center, Okayama on May 14, 2017. The top 16 competitors of the tournament were awarded either this card or Lunala. This print features the Champion's League 2017 logo in the bottom left corner of the illustration.
