The Truth and Island Kahuna Hapu (Japanese: 誕生!!しまクイーンハプウ! Birth!! Island Queen Hāpuʻu!) is the 22nd round of the Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga.
Plot
Major events
- After defeating Crabominable, Hapu receives a Sparkling Stone from Tapu Fini, officially making her the next island kahuna of Poni Island.
- Sun gives Tapu Fini a Mirage Berry.
- Professor Kukui, Molayne, Acerola, Sophocles, and Gladion fight Guzzlord to prevent it from reaching Hokulani Observatory.
- In order to protect Lillie, Gladion's Type: Null evolves into a Silvally and defeats Guzzlord.
- Gladion and Lillie reveal that they're siblings and the children of Lusamine.
- Lillie reveals she is in possession of the Sun Flute.
- Gladion and Lillie decide to go to the Poni Altar.
- Faba and a group of Aether Foundation Employees head to Vast Poni Canyon.
