• The manga opens with Ash and Goh encountering Zacian and Zamazenta.
• Goh is never seen catching a Bunnelby.

• Ash and Leon do not battle Dynamax Pangoro.
• Team Rocket and Professor Magnolia's appearances are omitted.
• Goh and Sonia never visit Turffield or Wedgehurst. Goh never obtains a Dynamax Band.
• Ash doesn't use Gengar against Gigantamax Coalossal.
• Ash never has dinner with Rose and Oleana at Rose Tower. Rose's offer is instead made during their first encounter.
• Raboot never uses Dynamax. The Stow-on-Side mural is destroyed by Oleana's subordinate's Gigantamax Garbodor instead.
