The Fire type (Japanese: 炎 Fire) is one of the eleven TCG types. It is represented by the color red, and symbolized by a five-tipped flame.
The Fire type contains most Fire-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Charizard, Moltres, and Entei are all Fire types in the TCG.
The corresponding Basic Energy card is Fire Energy.

Pokémon Trading Card Game series
In Pokémon Trading Card Game, there are 17 Fire-type Pokémon cards. In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!, there are 35 Fire-type Pokémon cards.
The Fire Energy card is available in both games. Additionally, in the second game only, the Rainbow Energy provides any kind of basic Energy (including Fire Energy).
