Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Team Up expansion, first released in the Japanese Tag Bolt expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, while the Full Art and Rainbow Rare prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. A Special Full Art print with artwork by Tomokazu Komiya was released as a SM Black Star Promo and was available in the Tag Team Tins. In Japan, this print was one of the SM-P Promotional cards, given to customers who purchased a booster box of Tag Bolt upon its release at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues. The Japanese version of this print features the set logo on the left side of the card.

Trivia

Atsushi Nagashima, the game director of the TCG, stated that Eevee was chosen to appear on this card due to it being the game mascot for Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! and because of its popularity.[1]

Origin

Cheer Up is an attack that first appeared on Plusle and Minun from POP Series 3. An assortment of Sitrus Berry and Cheri Berry are featured in the SM Promotional print's illustration.
